Include your business name, TelPOS username, workspace domain and the message reference or error. Do not send passwords, access tokens, registration PINs or unnecessary customer information.
Connecting WhatsApp
Sign in to TelPOS and open SMS Center → WhatsApp Business. Connect through Meta using an account authorized to manage your business. Choose your business account and phone number, then complete the steps shown. Meta approval and account eligibility are required.
Messages and templates
Use approved templates for automated customer notifications. Review template status and message delivery in your workspace. An accepted message is not a guarantee of delivery; check the final status before resending.
Privacy and account control
Read the privacy policy and terms. Request account closure or removal of only your WhatsApp-related data through our public deletion form. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.
